When do you dispatch an in-stock model?

We dispatch an in-stock model within 3 working days of receiving payment. Check availability after choosing a specific size and colour, because another variant of the same model may be made to order. Parcels leave from Příbor and we let you know by email with a tracking number. Dispatch within 3 working days is not the same as delivery within 3 days.

What does made to order mean and when will I receive the piece?

Made to order means that we prepare the standard size and colour from the range only after you order. For these models delivery within 14 working days applies. This is not automatically a garment sewn to your individual measurements. If you need to adjust the length or cut, please agree it with us in advance; options and conditions are handled separately.

How much does delivery within the Czech Republic cost?

Standard delivery within the Czech Republic costs CZK 72 and is free for orders of CZK 1,500 or more. Express delivery costs CZK 450 and means priority dispatch of in-stock models. You can check the chosen delivery and the final price at checkout before paying. Express dispatch does not change the production time of a model that is still being sewn to order.

How do I pay for an order in the online shop?

You pay for an order in the LADA online shop by card online at a secure checkout. Prices are shown in CZK including VAT and you receive the invoice by email. We do not offer cash on delivery. If you want to collect your order in person at the atelier in Příbor, please agree this in advance at atelier@ladavyvialova.cz; personal collection is not confirmed automatically by placing a regular order.

Do you deliver to Poland?

Yes. Besides the Czech Republic we deliver to Poland with Packeta: to a pickup point for PLN 25 or to an address for PLN 35, free for orders of PLN 700 or more. Delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch. Prices in the Polish shop are in PLN. We do not sell gift cards to Poland. We do not deliver to other countries yet, so the checkout will not accept an address outside the Czech Republic and Poland.

Can I collect my order in person?

Personal collection can be arranged individually at atelier@ladavyvialova.cz. You can visit the Příbor atelier by prior arrangement. Before you travel, please have us confirm that your order is ready.

What does “On request” mean?

Please write to us before you order the model. We will agree availability, lead time and price with you individually.
